Some people using St. John’s Wort have experienced side effects such as lack of sleep, dry mouth, anxiety, diarrhea, and many more. These side effects usually occur when it is used for short term. In addition, the side effects vary from person to person based on age, medical conditions, and etcetera. St. John’s Wort should not be used alongside other drugs because it may weaken the effects of those drugs. It might also lead to death if the supplemental form is used alongside drugs that don’t go well with it. The supplemental form is found in pharmacies.
